Born in Walthamstow five minutes from White Hart Lane, Kane is a local boy who came threw the ranks although few could have predicted he would become such a class act. "He did possess a strong self- belief in where he wanted to go" according to Les Ferdinand Under-21 coach at the time. Tim Sherwood placed his trust in the club's youth set up back in 2013 with Kane even bagging a brace against Chelsea back in the 2014/2015 season, eventually going down 5-3.

From possible squad player to leading the line 

.........2014/2015 season he broke out with 31 goals in all competitions this was a stark contrast to a boy who played with less fancied Millwall early in his career where he netted only 9 goals in 27 appearances followed by occupying the bench with now Leicester City first choice foward Jamie Vardy who I found use to rock some crazy hairstyles seven years ago.Google it ! lol

In the 2015/2016 season I remember watching teary eyed Kane as Chelsea came back to draw the game effectively ending Spurs chances of Silverware.This rivalry will most likely be short as Kane has his eyes on silverware before he hangs up his boots especially if Spurs continue nearly reaching the required level.
Fast forward 2017/2018 Kane reached his 100th goal in 169 appearances for Spurs against a leaky Everton defense, but that's a whole new story by itself as Pickford and Co are horrendous away from home this term. Imagine they thought they reinvested the Lukaku funds well.....Klassen, Keane.

As a number nine wearing the number ten jersey Kane is the leading man in every regard eclipsing records held by Messi and Ronaldo for several years and Alan Shearer's record for most goals in a calendar year inaddition toTottenham's top-scorer in the Premier League era. Kane seems poised to be the poster boy for England and maybe Spurs for years to come but right now its still a Salah buffet.lol

Retrospecting Salah

Now on 28 goals, 8 assist in 27 games his best is yet to come with 8 games still remaining, Salah is becoming unplayble. In his last season in Roma back in 2016/2017 season he netted 15 goals supplying 11 assist which is considered a good season. Thus it should be know surprise when May reaches he is not given the Golden Boot for turning the Premier League defenders inside out week in week out. The funny thing is Liverpool's whole team is firing on all cylinders from Goalkeeper Karius with a clean sheet every other fixture recently, Robertson contribution from defense to the want away Emre Can's tireless displays. Not only the front three of Mane, Firmino, Salah can take credit. Still we wonder if they have what it takes when it really matters.There season will be defined by the Champions League tie to Manchester City and securing the best possible top 4 finish. Though Liverpool seem to be on a next planet don't forget that Manchester United are still above them while not playing the kind of football fans would want. Something for Liverpool to ponder on.

Golden Boot race 

His first hat-trick in the league vs Watford only heightens the top scorer race in football followers minds. Both may contend they are not competing against each other but in our heads it's game on as Kane produces hat-tricks for fun, so few would doubt him clawing back at Salah's lead. Kane's injury set back puts things in favour of Salah as before the visit from Watford the race has been fair tight.According to Bleacher Report Kane "had 2 goals in 4 outings to Salah's 3 goals in similar outings". Kane has two penalty goals to Salah's one while Salah's all round play contributing to him supplying 8 assist to Kane's 2. Kane just hasn't created as much chances, with Salah creating double his amount, sorry but I'd have to say its purely down to Salah's messi-esque movement which defenders have no answer to while Kane's game is impressive it is something totally different.
