Who has the best stadium atmosphere in Top 5 of PL ?
Manchester City
Nickname : Ethiad 50, 097
*Best looking stadium
The atmosphere here is on the same trajectory as their title march. Fueling the frenzy is an array of talented players funded by Arab owners such as John Stones , Laporte, and the long-term injured Mendy, who combined are close to 150 million for unproven PL defenders.
Two way glass for unrivaled viewing of the teams in the tunnel. They certainly provide for the high rollers. City have been synonymous with riches and big transfer budgets. This invariably sparks a fan frenzy as they are continually linked with world-beaters such as Messi , Real's CR7 and Lewandoski of Bayern Munich. Everything that happens on and off the pitch contribute to the pulsating vibe, especially in big games. It must be noted however that when up against low lying opposition the fan support falls short everytime. One wonders if the Ethiad wasn't flowing with cash how different things may have been. . . . . . . Hmmm.
Overall City get an 'A' due to them being on top of the league, with top players and a spiffy stadium. It's hard not to feel the X-factor all around this place.

Manchester United
Stadium Name : Old Trafford 75,653Nickname :Theatre of Dreams
Arguably the most famous english club
Backed by a decorated history, Manchester United is still by right the biggest club in Manchester even if you're not a fan. Rich in European history and PL dominance, with City only able to replicate the latter, Manchester has a global appeal other clubs are now tapping into. It's no wonder the supporters here chant with pride and are full of high expectations each time the players walk out that dugout. I am from the Caribbean and found myself exposed to Manchester United much earlier than the club I support presently. People with Caribbean Heritage have been well represented in United over its' history, with the household name Dwight Yorke being the most decorated. With those days now in the past, when I watch games on T.V as I usually do, I feel the dip in the vibe around Old Trafford. Surely this has to do with United up-down form as of recent years. One thing is certain when this place is pumping. . . . it's a pure spectacle.
Overall Manchester United gets a 'C' as most Caribbean people know what Old Trafford use to feel like, more importantly we knew what this place meant to the fans.
Liverpool
Stadium Name : AnfieldCapacity : 54, 074
"Die hard Liverpool fanatics"
Taking a virtual tour provides you with clear evidence this is not the Ethiad. The first team dressing room is simple with just enough place to hang up your jersey and boots, and place to sit. This aims at keeping these super stars grounded and to foster team spirit strangely enough. A lot of value is placed, not on up dating, but on preserving in some small way the proud and highly decorated history of the club.
Chairs in lounge area has past great players names engraved on them. Steven Gerrad's does not have one as he wasn't a player when they were created.

"This is Anfield " a famous slogan supporters coined over the years to instill fear in traveling teams, letting them know, "Don't come here expecting an easy night on the job". The original poster is located above the staircase of the tunnel with Klopp instructing that no one touches it until they win a major trophy. With a bit of superstition and tradition here it is easy to see why the fans are deemed loyalist. Liverpool is a way of life for some, just like it is at other big clubs.
At home Liverpool fans are some of the most vocal supporters around, and the atmosphere is electric for derby games such as versus Everton, who strangely occupied Anfield before Liverpool, thus providing the justification for a long history of tense encounters. A lot of pundits talk about the feeling they get when at Anfield especially on big European nights. This club too has a strong pedigree in the competition. As a youth I remember Kuyt, Fowler, Gerrad and more recently Alonso, Suarez and Fernando Torres.
Every Caribbean person knows that Anfield is like a fortress with the 2017/2018 team a violent example of that was the recent Manchester City Bus arrival situation before their Champions League clash.
Overall Liverpool get a 'A-' as their fans together with the stadium traditions edge them further than the rest of the pack.
Tottenham Hotspur
Stadium Name : Wembley
Capacity : 90, 000
Due to its size it is hard to imagine the stadium achieving full capacity every weekend for match day, that being said the supporters have a lot to be thankful for. They are in contention for a top four finish at the expense of Chelsea and Arsenal. A lot has to do with the management and scouting networks with the club credited with unearthing brilliant talents such as Dele Ali , Kane and Eric Dier.
In the beginning a term was coined called the "Wembely effect" this was because they were miserable at times , few woud recall them losing the Monaco in 2016 in front a packed stadium of 85,011 strong. By the time the whistle had blown the number of empty red seats was quite remarkable. Being from Trinidad, Spurs and its affairs are fairly new to me. I only started following him when Kane started featuring on the top scorer charts.
Even if temporary, I think the fans cant wait to go back to White Heart Lane as this is their true home.
Overall Spurs get a 'B', probably due to capacity.
Capacity : 90, 000
- Second largest in Europe behind the famous Camp Nou in Barcalona.
- Home of England national football team

Chelsea
Stadium Name : Stamford Bridge
Pride of London banner as huge as some clubs full main stand!
Clamping Chelsea!
The crowd gets behind its' players generally, even inspiring them to some memorable comebacks such as the one against Barcelona in 2000. Presently though Ray Wilkins finds the faithful similar to a morgue when they faced the same side this year. Generally though, it's a place of unbelievable moments as they have a good record at home like most big clubs.

Mourinho said it felt like playing in a empty stadium back in 2015. There was talk of actually utilizing recorded crowd noise which was quickly rebuffed by Chairman Bruce Buck.
From the outside looking in, the fans just aren't easily impressed. They were top of the league with battle ram Costa leading the line and that wasn't enough to get the crowd going at times. Chelsea has won major trophies and I think I'm right in stating that the fans only get behind the team for big occasions such as derbies, fixtures against top opposition, and of course the Holy Grail. . . . . . Champions League football.
Chelsea still has a top of the line facility, with Cobham putting many lower league teams stadiums to shame. Fully equipped with hot tubes, gyms, training pitches and many other luxuries.
Overall they get a :---> B-

Manu. Nuff said.
